women, drugs and scandal

“Daddy warned me about men and alcohol. But he never warned me about women and cocaine.”

-Tallulah Bankhead.

The female libertine.

Being a headline, an organism of controversy, must be character building in itself. A facade of liberation. If not freed then at least you can inspire others to be.

I can only dream of making friends like these to invite to parties; with vicarious thrills and an ignorance to the mundane.

These are the people we pose as, with our props and our pretense.

We're something else; my friends and I.
